Maybe you’re feeling alone right now, like the people you’ve trusted have failed you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
For others, you’ve poured your life & efforts into someone who’s let you down… or just proven that they wouldn’t make the same efforts for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This life can be harsh. People may be selfish. Reality is that we don’t always get what we deserve from relationships. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can give. You can be fiercely loyal. You can have their backs 100%– but, when the tables are turned, you may be looking across the table at an empty chair. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In those times, I’m encouraged by the Words of our Lord in Hebrews, “I will never leave you or forsake you.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It builds my self-esteem to be reminded that He left the Holy Spirit here on earth so that I could experience His presence! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
My heart leaps at His words in the Gospel of John, “I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The truth is, you’re never alone. You’re never without backup. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
