If we’re truthful, there are people in life who we just don’t want to deal with….<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe they’ve hurt us. Perhaps they’re pushy. Some people can be… annoying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s easy to let them aggravate, to dread seeing them, to think things we wish wouldn’t go through our head. (It’s true!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We find ourselves reminding our flesh, “You’re a Christian, act like one.” (Sigh….) Yeah, the disappointment we feel in ourselves for having to be checked. And maaay-be even a little resentment that we have to be the bigger person sometimes, with certain people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We really do want to live right, love them, be a witness, see them find God, be good to them….<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just maybe not so much right at this moment. lol BUT, if this were the last day of our life, how would we treat them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wouldn’t we feel more of an urgency to do the right thing? …to show Christ’s light to them in this moment? Wouldn’t it feel more like an OPPORTUNITY to minister, instead of a chore?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And wouldn’t it be great if we felt like that EVERY time?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe that’s the key: to ask ourselves, “If this were the last day of my life, how would I treat them today?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a feeling we would have better attitudes, be more effective, and let His light shine just a little brighter in life….<\/p>\n\n\n\n
